Reclamatie OPC: Faina alba "Titan" & malaiul "Goldmaya", ambele la 1kg, cantaresc cel mult 990g cu tot cu ambalaj.

Buna ziua,

Ma numesc Mircea Dunka, locuiesc in Bucuresti [...] (datele de identificare sunt obligatorii pentru ca o reclamatie la OPC sa fie luata in considerare).

Prin prezenta doresc sa va aduc la cunostinta faptul ca de la o vreme faina
de grau "Titan" ("alba, superioara, tip 000") nu mai cantareste 1kg ci in
jur de 985g. Mai precis, pachetul cantareste in jurul a 990g, din care
ambalajul face vreo 7-8g. Cum abaterea acceptata a cantarului nu este
mentionata pe ambalaj, ma astept ca un astfel de pachet sa cantareasca peste
1000g. Datele Titan s.a. sunt: Sos. Cernica nr. 11, Pantelimon, jud. Ilfov,
tel. 021.204.6790.

Acelasi lucru este valabil si pentru malaiul "GoldMaya" ambalat de s.c.
Arpis International s.r.l. str. Vasile Lupu nr. 62, Cluj Napoca, tel.
0364.402.139. Pachetul cantareste 990g, din care 6-7g sunt ambalajul.

Cantarul electronic pe care am cantarit aceste produse are abaterea de +/-
1g si functioneaza corect. Ca un contraexemplu la cele semnalate, zaharul
"Carrefour" de 1kg cantareste cu tot cu ambalaj 1006g. La fel si biscuitii
"No1" - fix 140g. Mai exista deci si ambaltori cinstiti.

Mentionez ca toate produsele se afla in termenul de valabilitate (dupa cum
se poate vedea si pe ambalaj) si au fost pastrate cf. indicatiilor.

Produsele mentionate le gasiti in orice supermarket, dar nu supermarketurile
sunt de vina aici. Va rog verificati si... ardeti-i pe ambalatori!

P.S. Nu din paranoia am cantarit aceste produse! :) Am o masina de facut
paine si pentru a pune cantitati exacte, cf. retetelor, cantaresc faina si
ce mai trebuie. Asa am constatat ca dintr-un bax intreg de pachete de faina,
niciunul nu trecea de 990g, iar din 3 pachete de malai, cel despre care v-am
povestit era cel mai plin, celalate doua cantarind 985g(!!), respectiv 988g.
De asemenea, a mai aparut pe piata si "Faina de grau neagra, produs
recomandat pentru masina de facut paine", produsa de s.c. M.P. Baneasa -
Moara s.a. (str. Nicolae G. Caramfil, nr. 52-54, sector 1, Bucuresti, tel.
021.232.1289), dar cea pe care o detin a iesit din termenul de garantie, asa
ca poate doar daca va "autosesizati" veti constata ca pachetul de 1Kg
cantareste... 970g cu ambalaj cu tot.

Ma numesc Mircea Dunka, sunt inginer programator, locuiesc in Bucuresti si urmaresc cu interes desfasurarea Jocurilor olimpice. Asa se face ca m-am lasat convins sa particip la concursul cu care atrageti telespectatorii sa va incredinteze datele personale. Si daca tot e bal si foamea e mare, am zis sa o inscriem si pe bunica mea, pentru ca la cat este de norocoasa, sigur v-ar fi luat una dintre camerele de luat vederi. :)

 

Din pacate insa, acest lucru este imposibil dintr-o eroare a celor care au costruit site-ul. Mai precis, seria buletinului bunicii mele este "A1", iar validarea campului "seria" de pe formularul de inscriere impiedica introducerea seriilor alfa-numerice!

 

Aici trebuie sa mentionez ca aceasta greseala duce la imposibilitatea pensionarilor peste o anumita varsta de a se inscrie pe site-ul dvs. Iar conform Regulamentului concursului, citez:

 

"SECTIUNEA 5. DREPTUL DE PARTICIPARE

Concursul interactiv cu premii "Ai cod alb la premii olimpice" este deschis tuturor participantilor rezidenti in Romania, cu exceptia angajatilor SRTV si ai Panasonic Romania si rude pana la gradul I inclusiv."

 

Stiu, probabil ca va buseste rasul (adevarul este ca si mie mi se pare hilara problema), dar privind dintr-un alt unghi (desigur, exagerat), daca eram in State, bunica mea ar fi devenit in acest moment milionara in dolari, avocatii ocupandu-se foarte serios de problemele legate de discriminarea pe orice criterii (indiferent de motive). Si nu ar fi primit banii ca pe o compensatie a discriminarii, ci ca pe o intelegere amiabila care sa evite stirbirea imaginii institutiei dvs.

 

Dar despre imagine va intereseaza prea putin, se pare:

 

Banuiesc ca nu are rost sa va atrag atentia asupra modului in care arata formularul de inscriere ("Cre este indiciul?") - probabil ca ati corectat deja eroarea. Dar ce ne facem cu restul greselilor? Folosirea liniei de pauza in titlul formularilui este abuziva ("Iarna asta - ai cod alb la premiile olimpice !""). Titlul, asa cum este el scris, nefiind nimic mai mult decat o simpla propozitie exclamativa, lipsita de insertii, eludari sau explicatii. Probabil niste ghilimele s-au pierdut undeva pe drum - perechea celor care inchid titlul formularului. De asemenea, folosirea spatiului inaintea semnelor de punctuatie nu este prevazuta in Gramatica pe care eu cat de cat am invatat-o candva. (Mai cititi o data titlul, cu si mai mare atentie.)

 

In aceste conditii, cu patru(!) greseli pe o singura pagina – si aceea un formular amarat –, despre dezacordul din regulament "Extragerea se va face in prezenta unei comisii format dintr-un reprezentant", nu cred ca mai are rost sa comentez...

 

Stiu, ne grabim cu totii si nu avem timp sa verificam totul. Insa site-ul acesta este cartea dumneavoastra de vizita pe web, iar pe pagina concursului va invitati toti telespectatorii. Ce gasesc ei acolo? O mare varza, dupa parerea mea...

Englezoaicele vor stabilitate!

Un studiu britanic, citat de Daily Mail, releva ca mai bine de jumătate
dintre femei recunosc că au folosit metode mai puţin ortodoxe pentru a se
logodi/ căsători.

Astfel, din 3.600 de mirese intervievate, o treime şi-au ameninţat
partenerii că, dacă nu le iau de neveste, îi părăsesc. Alte 17% şi-au trimis
singure flori, pe ascuns, pentru a-i face pe parteneri să se simtă
ameninţaţi de prezenţa unui admirator secret, iar 10% au pretins că sunt
însărcinate sau chiar au rămas intenţionat gravide, pentru a se căsători.

Cele şi mai îndrăzneţe, nerăbdătoare să se căsătorească, şi-au asumat ele
însele rolul peţitorului şi şi-au cerut partenerii de soţi.

Romanian women’s luger hurt in crash

WHISTLER, British Columbia (AP)—

Romanian luger Violeta Stramaturaru was knocked unconscious after slamming into several walls during an Olympic training run.

Stramaturaru was taken to an onsite medical facility for assessment. A team official said she may go to a hospital, but she is not believed to be seriously injured. She must get a medical clearance before she can compete in the games.

Stramaturaru was strapped to a backboard while members of the Romanian team looked on. She was responsive and moving her arms when lifted onto the stretcher.

Her scary crash came moments after her sister, Raluca, had safely navigated the 16-turn track.

After her accident, Violeta Stramaturaru slid limply along the ice while her sled continued through curve 16. At the finish area, her sister ran to the end of the observation deck high above the track for a closer look as the public address announcer directed medical personnel to the scene.

Shortly after the accident, U.S. luger Megan Sweeney went airborne while exiting the final turn and crashed. She was shaken but walked away.

The Whistler Sliding Center track is among the world’s most technically challenging courses. Racers are expected to threaten several speed records during the luge, bobsled and skeleton competitions.

Nodar Kumaritashvili, Olympic Luger, Dies After Crash

A Georgian Olympic luger died Friday after a high-speed crash on a track that is the world's fastest. Nodar Kumaritashvili lost control of his sled during training, went over the track wall and struck an unpadded steel pole near the finish line, at speeds over 90mph. Paramedics and doctors were unable to revive the 21-year-old luger, who died at a hospital, the International Olympic Committee said.

 

Rescue workers were at Kumaritashvili's side within seconds. Chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation started less than one minute after the crash, and he was quickly airlifted to a trauma center in Whistler.

The first sign Kumaritashvili was truly in trouble came only three seconds before the crash on Curve 13, the most perilous turn. His speed of 89.4 mph - his best during six training runs on this track - almost certainly means he had never gone faster.

Kumaritashvili's line entering the next-to-last curve had him traveling along a higher route than most racers prefer. That's where it got especially dangerous. His 176-pound body was no match for the gravitational forces along that sweeping turn. That, plus the high rate of speed, sent him careening up the high, banked, ice-covered wall.

Sliding diagonally down the wall, Kumaritashvili hit the corner entering the final straightaway with his lower-right part of the body. The impact knocked him off the sled and sent him flying across the track.

After smashing into the pole, he was motionless on a metal walkway. His left leg was in the air and his left foot was propped atop the track wall when the first rescue worker arrived and placed both hands on his helmet.

The rest of men's training was canceled for the day, with VANOC officials saying an investigation was taking place to "ensure a safe field of play."

The danger of the Whistler track has been talked about for months - particularly after several teams, protested over access restrictions for everyone but Canada.

 

Kumaritashvili competed in five World Cup races this season, finishing 44th in the world standings.

 

This was Kumaritashvili's second crash during training for the games. He also failed to finish his second of six practice runs, and in the runs he did finish, his average speed was about 88 mph - significantly less than the speed the top sliders are managing on this lightning-fast course.

Earlier in the day, gold-medal favorite Armin Zoeggeler of Italy crashed, losing control of his sled on Curve 11. Zoeggeler came off his sled and held it with his left arm to keep it from smashing atop his body. He slid on his back down several curves before coming to a stop and walking away.

Training days in Whistler have been crash-filled. A Romanian woman was briefly knocked unconscious and at least four Americans - Chris Mazdzer on Wednesday, Megan Sweeney on Thursday and both Tony Benshoof and Bengt Walden on Friday in the same training session where Zoeggeler wrecked - have had serious trouble just getting down the track.
